A real person from our team answers.\n\n## How booking works\n\n1. **Choose your offer.** The [private Ourika Valley day trip](https://ourika-valley.com/day-trip-ourika-valley/), the [shared excursion](https://ourika-valley.com/services/shared-transport-ourika-valley/) (25 EUR per person, lunch and return transport included), [private transport](https://ourika-valley.com/services/private-transport-ourika-valley/), the [packages](https://ourika-valley.com/packages/), the [cooperatives and villages](https://ourika-valley.com/cooperatives-villages/) tour, the [half day](https://ourika-valley.com/ourika-valley-half-day-trip/), the [Ourika and Agafay day](https://ourika-valley.com/ourika-valley-and-agafay-desert-day-trip/), the [cooking class](https://ourika-valley.com/cooking-class-ourika-valley/) and the pottery workshop are all booked and paid directly.\n2. **Pick your date and group size.** The private day trip is priced per vehicle, not per person: 120 EUR for 1 to 7 people (minivan), 200 EUR for 8 to 17 people (minibus). You can add lunch at a riverside restaurant (20 EUR per person) and a local guide for the waterfalls walk (40 EUR per group for 1 to 7 people, 80 EUR for 8 to 17). Private transport, the cooperatives tour and the camel and quad packages use the same vehicle price (the camel ride adds 15 EUR per person, the quad 30 EUR per person); the trek and lunch with a Berber family costs 60 EUR per person, with transport from Marrakech as an option (120 EUR per vehicle for 1 to 7 people, 200 EUR for 8 to 17), and the Oukaïmeden day 180 EUR per vehicle for 1 to 7 people, 260 EUR for 8 to 17. The half day costs 120 EUR per vehicle for 1 to 7 people, 200 EUR for 8 to 17, with breakfast by the river (20 EUR per person) and the waterfalls guide (40 EUR per group for 1 to 7 people, 80 EUR for 8 to 17) as options. The Ourika and Agafay day costs 180 EUR per vehicle for 1 to 7 people, 260 EUR for 8 to 17, with options at Agafay per person: camel ride 30 EUR, quad 35 EUR, dinner with show at a desert camp 45 EUR. The cooking class costs 60 EUR per person and the pottery workshop 30 EUR per person, each with transport from Marrakech as an option (120 EUR per vehicle for 1 to 7 people, 200 EUR for 8 to 17). Every offer can be booked online for up to 17 people. You see the total before you confirm the payment.\n3. **Give your pickup address.** Write the name of your hotel or riad in Marrakech. If it is inside the medina, we meet you at the nearest point a vehicle can reach, as close as possible to your door. For private transport, you can also give Marrakech airport (RAK) and your flight number: the price is the same.\n4. **Pay online.** Every offer is paid online through PayPal, with a PayPal account or with a bank card via PayPal. For a group of more than 17 people, contact us before booking.\n\n## What happens after booking\n\nAs soon as your payment goes through, you receive a confirmation email with the details of your trip. Keep it on your phone. The day before your trip, your driver contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the exact pickup time and place, so please give us a number that works on WhatsApp. If your plans change, simply reply to the email or message us.\n\n## Payment security\n\nPayment is handled entirely by PayPal. Your card number goes to PayPal, never to us, and we only receive the confirmation that the payment was made.
