How booking works
- Choose your offer. The private Ourika Valley day trip and the shared excursion (25 EUR per person, lunch and return transport included) can be booked and paid directly. For private transport, packages or a cooperatives and villages tour, the same form sends us a request.
- Pick your date and group size. The price of the day trip is per person and drops as your group grows, from 105 EUR for one person to 25 EUR per person for groups of six or more. You see the total before you confirm the payment.
- Give your pickup address. Write the name of your hotel or riad in Marrakech. If it is inside the medina, we meet you at the nearest point a vehicle can reach, as close as possible to your door.
- Pay or send your request. The day trip is paid online through PayPal, with a PayPal account or with a bank card via PayPal. For the other offers, we reply the same day with a proposal and the price, and you confirm only if it suits you.
What happens after booking
As soon as your payment goes through, you receive a confirmation email with the details of your trip. Keep it on your phone. The day before your trip, your driver contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm the exact pickup time and place, so please give us a number that works on WhatsApp. If your plans change, simply reply to the email or message us.
Payment security
Payment is handled entirely by PayPal. Your card number goes to PayPal, never to us, and we only receive the confirmation that the payment was made. PayPal shows you the amount in euros before you confirm, so there are no surprises, and you keep a receipt of the payment in your PayPal or email records.
Cancellation in short
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the trip, with a full refund.
- Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded.
- If weather or river conditions make the valley unsafe, we propose another date or a full refund.
