We are drivers and guides, often on the road or in the valley, so a written message is the best way to reach us. We read everything and reply ourselves.

We usually answer within a few hours. The private day trip (120 EUR per vehicle for 1 to 7 people, 200 EUR for 8 to 17), private transport (100 EUR one way from Marrakech, 120 EUR one way from the airport, 120 EUR for a same-day return with the driver waiting, per vehicle for 1 to 7 people) and the packages can be booked online straight away with a 50% deposit, and so can the half day, the Ourika and Agafay day, the cooking class and the pottery workshop.
What to include in your message
To give you a precise answer in one message, please tell us:
- Your date (and a second choice if you are flexible).
- Group size, with the number of children and their ages.
- Your hotel or riad in Marrakech, with its name and address or a map pin. If it is inside the medina, we will suggest the nearest meeting point a vehicle can reach.
- The offer you are interested in: day trip, transport, a package, or the cooperatives and villages tour.
- Anything useful: language, walking ability, dietary needs, a special occasion.

Frequently asked questions
Can I book the day trip without contacting you?
Yes. Every offer, from the day trips and private transport to the half day, the packages, the cooking class and the pottery workshop, can be booked online in a few minutes with a 50% deposit, the balance paid to the driver on the day, and you receive an instant confirmation email. Contact us only if you have a question or a special request.
How quickly do you answer?
We usually answer within a few hours, by email or WhatsApp. An online booking needs no answer from us: the confirmation email arrives at once after the deposit is paid. Write to us for a question before you book, a special request, or a group of more than 17 people, which we organise with you directly.
Can I call instead of writing?
You can call or send a voice message on WhatsApp. For bookings we prefer a written message, so that dates, names and the pickup address are recorded without mistakes.
